Project Manager
For a joint venture between Gila 202 Commerce Park and VanTrust, managed a proposed 600+ acre development on Native American lands. Recruited architecture, engineering and construction consultants and coordinated with legal counsel, venture partners and tribal leadership, including communications and data tracking for more than 1,800 individual allottees.
VP of Development
Designed and carried out the launch program for a $30M fractional real estate offering managed by Argus Hospitality and Starwood Luxury Resorts. Strategic partners included the American Express luxury division, Rolls-Royce, Italian Wine Merchants and Private Air Magazine.

Carol leads Developer Services with a career that spans real estate development, project management, investor relations and strategic communications, from large-scale developments in Arizona to a global IT communications plan for The Walt Disney Company.
She works in a long-standing partnership with Gil Martinez and GMA International, and served two years on the City of Scottsdale's Industrial Development Board.
